What a great Christmas!

Our family had a wonderful Christmas. We started out by reading the story of the birth of Christ, because He is the reason. We spent time with our family eating great food and visiting yes opening gifts. This may have been the best Christmas ever. Not for what I recieved, well kinda, but not gifts I was given. What made this one so special was watching my girls and the excitment on their faces as they opened and played with their gifts. Little Sara played with everything and had a great day. Cora was great helping Sara with her gifts and being very thankful for what she received. By the end of the day they were both wiped out as well as their mom and dad. I am truly blessed to have the family I have from parents to sisters to my wife and kids. I hope everyone had Merry Christmas!

Cora has a craft that she makes pot holders with and she loves it, but she was out of the loops. So the bag she is holding was what she was needing and she sreamed when she opened it.

Johnson Family Christmas Party!

Last night we held our family Christmas party, and everyone had a good time. It was to see everyone and talk and eat good food and watch the little ones open presents. We took a lot of pictures and what you see below are just a few. It would have been better if everyone could have been there, but we will just have to wait till next year for that. I will post more in the coming days.

Time for her bottle!

It was time for Sara's afternoon bottle and her big sister Cora wanted to feed her.

Not sure how she did this.

One morning this week, Vanessa got out of bed and checked on Sara before getting in the shower and everything was good. Well, when she got out she heard her and went in to check on her. And this what she saw. We are not sure how she got one arm out.

Sara at her desk!

Sara loves sitting in the blue chair. She will sit and play for a long time. The other day Vanessa put her play desk there with her, it plays music and has colored shapes that light up. Vanessa was laughing and called me to take a look and this is what I saw. Well, I guess you could say I did not see much of Sara.

Fantasy of Trees!

Every year our city has a Christmas event that benefits Childrens Hospital. People and organizations decorate trees and people buy them and other items. Our family has been going for the last 3 years and we always have our picture taken for an ornament. Cora enjoys the trees and activities for kids, Sara loved all the lights and colors and even had fun on the Merry Go Round.

Sara and Bailey playing during lunch. It all ended quickly when Sara grabbed a handful of Bailey's hair. Luckily Bailey does not hold a grudge and they played again later.
